A Winston-Salem engagement session: Candie & Roger

When Candie and Roger said they wanted an urban session, we were excited. We love photographing in parks, but every now and then it's fun to get into the grit of the city. It was an added bonus that they are both VERY comfortable in front of the camera. The session could have gone on and on! Here are some of our faves - we are looking forward to the wedding!

An Old Salem engagement session: Heather & Matt

Sometimes things go so perfectly, we could just shoot all day. This was one of those sessions. Heather and Matt are super sweet with each other, not to mention, photogenic! A perfect combo! Even though they were a bit nervous at the start, you'd never know it - they just owned it from the first frame. Add that beautiful autumn glow of the trees and it just looks magical. We are looking forward to shooting their 2013 wedding, and this is just a taste of what's to come!

A Sapona Ridge Country Club wedding: Leslie & Blake

We just loved being part of Leslie and Blake's wedding day. It rained a wee bit, but it all worked out. Even the butterfly exit could handle a little misting rain. As everyone moved to Sapona Ridge Country Club for the party, festivities really got underway, complete with an owl (yes, a real, live owl) and some serious getting-down. Here is a good taste of what happened that day. Congrats to the happy couple!
