Charlotte Bridal session: Jennifer
We just had to continue the awesomeness of Jennifer and Brooks' nuptials by posting some of her favorite images from her Charlotte bridal session. The grounds of the Peninsula Club looked great, as usual. And, as you can see, Jennifer is a beautiful bride! Enjoy!

A Lake Norman wedding: Jennifer and Brooks
We first met Jennifer and Brooks while photographing their friends Emily and Chris' wedding in 2011. Then we met again in DC at their friends Erin and Zach's wedding in 2012. So of course we were excited when Jennifer called to give us the news of their upcoming wedding! We knew it was going to be a wonderful time with good friends, good food, and lots of love. Jonathan and Aura made the trip to the banks of Lake Norman to capture all the wonderful moments... enjoy, and we hope to see you all again someday soon!

Charlotte photography: Grace and Jonathan's wedding
On Sunday, we ventured to Charlotte for Grace and Jonathan's wedding. They had excellent weather and the lakeside ceremony couldn't have been more lovely. It was a great day, and we are pleased to have been able to capture all the special touches Grace and Jonathan worked on.
The cake toppers were perfect miniatures of the bride and groom...

Grace made all of the flower arrangements...

and she looked lovely...

the girls took very good care of her...

Jonathan was all smiles, all day...

and the guys followed suit...

more of his bride's handiwork...

gorgeous site for a ceremony...

the new Mr. and Mrs!

this was truly a first... but it was worth it, right guys?

Confection from Cakes by Victoria...

The orange dream flavor was amazing...

Natalie and Rich, the wedding
Last Saturday, Jonathan and Elise ventured to Charlotte for Natalie and Rich's nuptials! It was a great day for a wedding and the couple was up for anything. The Charlotte Fire Dept lent an engine for a photo op, and then we hit some train tracks when the light was right. Take a look below and leave a comment for the happy newlyweds!
