We joined Andrea and Scot for their big day in Winston-Salem... everything was beautiful! There were little touches from Scot's Scottish heritage, and there were lots of great toasts celebrating the bride and groom. Here are a few favorites from the day...
The lovely Andrea...
the flowers from The Flower Shoppe...
Scot and his guys...
Every Scottish family needs a piper...
a bubbly exit...
a quick kiss by the styly ride from Sterling Carriage...
the cake by a talented family friend...
Andrea rocked it out on the dance floor
and Scot was no slouch himself...
A&A kept the crowd happy...
and made sure Scot knew to R-E-S-P-E-C-T his bride...
and they danced into the night! thanks guys!

Graylyn bridal photography: Brandi and Chris
Well, to be honest, it was a bridal session that Chris got invited to! Not ones for tradition, Brandi and Chris thought it would be great to have a bride and groom session at beautiful Graylyn in Winston-Salem this past week. All the better for us! It gets all those shots out of the way on the wedding day, and they can head right into the reception! We had a great time, and we're looking forward to the wedding!

Burlington wedding photography - Laura and Brian, the wedding
It was a sunny fourth of July as Laura and Brian tied the knot in Burlington. Even though we were all celebrating Independence Day, they didn't go overboard with the Americana theme... in fact, the guys just wore ties with understated stars... we applaud the subtlety! Laura had every detail planned out, and the whole day went off without a hitch! Thanks guys!
The stunning couple...
Laura's beautiful dress...
some Carolina blue...
a sweet ceremony...
married!
pure joy...
a nod to the day...
beautiful cake...
a great first dance, and Alamance Country Club was dressed to impress as well...
thanks guys - may all your anniversaries be filled with fireworks!

Greensboro photography: Katie & Sean, the wedding
A little over a week ago, Renee joined Katie and Sean for their summer wedding. This fete was 2 years in the making and they thought of everything! They made the favors and the programs, in addition to the outdoor garden they constructed and gifted to their church. The garden was the perfect backdrop for the nuptials, and fortunately, we got the biggest, fluffiest cloud just in time for the vows. Take a look at some of the highlights from the big day. Katie and Sean were rock stars!
The lovely couple...
Katie gets ready...
The ribbons came from her mother's wedding dress...
the emotional ceremony...
the artsy photo shoot...
with the cool hat...
a happy first dance...
home-made favors that don't look home-made...
dancing in full effect...
and a sparkler exit! Congrats guys!
